Production status and quality status
a) During production, the components that have been checked, screened, and sorted out are strictly processed in accordance with the requirements of the specifications.
b) Due to the use of assembly line operation, the efficiency is high, the quality control is very strict, and the production equipment and inspection equipment are fully equipped
c) The products can only leave the factory after being experienced and performance tested, and the appearance quality is strictly controlled at 3000--5000PPM.
e) Since it is paid by piece manually, no management personnel or quality control personnel are required. There is no need for any production equipment, sophisticated equipment, or testing equipment.
f) The appearance quality is very poor, and the defect value is as high as hundreds of thousands of PPM.
How to evaluate an energy-saving lamp product:
To evaluate the quality of an energy-saving lamp product, we should consider the following aspects:
1. Security: Security includes the following aspects:
a. Whether the combination of the lamp holder (iron or copper, aluminum) and the plastic part is tight;
b. Whether the combination of the lamp tube and the plastic part of the lower shell is firm;
c. Whether the plastic parts of the upper shell and the plastic parts of the lower shell are fastened, and whether they can be separated under high temperature;
d. Whether the plastic parts of the shell are made of flame-retardant and high-temperature-resistant (above 180°C) materials;
e. Whether the skeleton and circuit board in the electronic ballast circuit are made of flame-retardant materials
